TitleGrant by the Corporation to Sir Thomas Egerton, lord keeper of the great seal of England, of the office of steward and an annuity of 6 pounds 13 shillings and 4 pence annually for life
DescriptionAnnuity to be paid at Michaelmas by the chamberlain or treasurer of the Corporation. In the event of non-payment Sir Thomas shall be entitled to distrain the Corporation by seizure of land.
