TitleGrant by the Corporation to Robert Shut of the office of recorder and an annuity of 4 pounds and 12 shillings annually for life
DescriptionAnnuity to be paid in equal portions at Michaelmas and Lady Day by the Corporation. In the event of non-payment Robert shall be entitled to distrain the Corporation by seizure of land. If Robert should obtain another office incompatible with the recordership this grant will become null and void.
