Title	Draft conveyance of the Chip-Axe for the purposes of the Cambridge Corporation Act 1850
Description	Ebenezer Foster amended the conveyance 18 Apr 1860 and agreed on behalf of himself and John Griffith and Sophia Foster of Brighton to accept. The Chip-Axe included a stable, duck house, sheds and other appurtenances and had been demised in May 1836 to Richard Foster.
