DescriptionThe history of the lease includes the original vendor and trustees in 1810, a site description, the change from a Lancastrian to National School, and the names of new vendors in 1852. The £40 payment for the lease is to be put in the sinking fund to pay off money borrowed by the 1850 improvement act. Approval of the treasury is requested.
