TitleCorporation versus Trinity Hall for compensation for Market Hill property
DescriptionThe case relates to a compensation claim by Trinity College for three messuages in the Market place required by the Corporation for the market enlargement. It consists of petitions; a conveyance of hereditaments; warrants to empanel a jury; the appointment of a valuer; draft valuations; petitioners costs; reports by the Market Enlargement Committee; and correspondence. There are a few papers at the end of this series which relate to an 1874 dispute over land in Huntingdonshire.
