Record of the work includes details of date, wages, haulage, provision of supplies such as granite, coal and oil; fitting of pipes, bends, junctions, timber, carbazone, nails, screws, and iron. Blank columns exist for competition of non standard materials and there is also a sundries column followed by a financial total for all materials supplied or fitted. Column headings have been changed for provision of supplies for public conveniences to items such as soap and detergent.
