DescriptionPrinted qualification books containing standard declarations for ex-officio and parish commissioners to sign to say that they will perform their duty in accordance with the Cambridge Improvement Act truly and impartially. The volumes are in date order and each commissioner has signed their declaration and had it witnessed by five existing commissioners. The parish commissioners declaration books name the commissioner's parish.
