DescriptionThis series consists of registers of debenture securities, assignments of securities, releases from settlements, transfers of securities and a mortgage made against the paving rates and tolls.

The registers of debenture securities outline money borrowed in order to raise finance for the enactment of the Cambridge Improvement Act. Each entry outlines who the money was borrowed from and the conditions of the loan and its repayment. Each volume has an alphabetical index at the front.
