TitleCopy of a letter to Fowler and Co, solicitors, from W Cockerill concerning the tramway companies desire to attend committee meetings
DescriptionWhen committees met it was not thought necessary to invite the promoters of either scheme to attend, many members of the board did not support the proposal for tramways in narrow streets of the town. The letter expresses regret for any misunderstanding.
