TitleFindings of the committee considering the amended clause of the bill
DescriptionThis document outlines the opinion the of the Commissioners that the area is outside the remit of their responsibility and falls to the multiple ecclesiastical parishes that the road passes through. They believe that the wording of the amendment will result in questions as to the liability of the repairs and could lead to much litigation.
