DescriptionA note containing details of poor rates paid on land belonging to Downing College by the previous occupiers, now continued by the College, with the verdict that since the building of the College, the College has paid the poor rates in respect of the same land and of the buildings upon it. Liberty to turn the verdict into a special case.
