DescriptionThis material relates to the case for compensation of the Geldart trustees, on behalf of owners William Geldart, Henry Charles Geldart, the Reverend Richard William Geldart and the Reverend James Geldart, against the Cambridge Improvement Commissioners. It consists of correspondence, appointments and declarations of the arbitrators, a draft outline of the case against the commissioners and material relating to the original sewage problem in Abbey Close and the construction of the sewer.
