DescriptionThis material relates to obtaining a faculty to amend the churchyard of St Peter's churchyard. A report by the surveyor outlined the public health risks caused to the inhabitants of the houses on the north side of Kettles Yard by the level of the soil churchyard against the back walls of the houses on the north side of Kettle's Yard which reached six foot above ground level.
