TitleFinance and Buildings Sub-committee 1973-1985
DescriptionThe sub-committee reported to the Education Committee (see CC7/M5/1). It dealt with draft budget estimates, consideration of priorities in respect of future financial commitments, appointments on outside bodies, matters relating to educational sites, buildings, contracts, supplies, grants and subscriptions, and all matters that extended beyond the terms of reference of the other sub-committees. In practice all major budget and estimates matters were dealt with by the Estimates (later Estimates and Budget) sub-committee (see CC7/M5/9).

The Finance and Buildings Sub-committee was dissolved in May 1985, when the Education Committee entirely restructured its sub-committee arrangements.
