DescriptionIf son John Moyer H. dies in testator's lifetime, the trustees of his marriage settlement are to have £500 yearly rent to be applied by them towards the maintenance and education of his children until the youngest being a son, is 21, or being a dau., is 21, or marries, whichever is first. Sum to be raised ½-yearly from day of death. To be paid out of all testator's unsettled estates in Hunts. Power of distraint to said trustees.
