If none, half to my right heirs and half to use of my wife's right heirs for ever. To nephew William Sanderson and nieces, Elizabeth, the wife of Robert Gregory, and Frances, the wife of George Baker - £20 apiece. To dau. Elizabeth: 1/3 of personal estate. To wife Susannah: other 2/3. Sole executrix: wife Susannah. Proved: 2 July, 1769 Certified as a true copy extracted from the original in the Registry of the Archdeaconry of H'don.
