Norborne Bertie intended to be secured to him by indentures of 5 Jan. 1750 and debt unable to have been discharged and bound to give said brother all possible security because of his financial assistance and kind care of my children in my absence. Therefore to said bro. Norborne all goods, chattells and personal estate, in trust to pay himself the debt owed and then to pay my other creditors. Sole executor: said bro. Norborne Bertie.
