Description(1) Katherine Cotton, one of the daus of Thomas Cotton, late of Conington, Esq. decd. (2) Sir Robert Cotton, Conington, Kt. (1) To (2) in consideration of a pair of Indentures of 7th July, 1592, all claims under will or any other act of said Thomas C. And one annuity of £20 issuing out of the manor of Conington. And all claims accrued since death of said Thomas C. except bond from (2) to (1) in £1,000 of 10 July, 1592, and anything arising from that.
