Description(1) John Cotton, Gidding Abbas, gent, only son of Thomas C. Esq. (2) Sir Thomas Cotton, Sawtry, Bart. Recites: Demise of 20 June, 1632, Thomas Cotton to his son John, Great pasture with adjoining meadow (134a.), Alpitt and adjoining meadow (120a.) with apps. All in Gidding A. For 60 years if the said Thomas C. and John C. shall so long live, for £10 p.a. Now John C. for £500 from Thomas C. his father and by nomination of the said Thomas Cotton, Esq. assigns to (2) residue of Term.
