Description(1) John Cotton, Steeple Gidding, Esq., and Sir Thomas Cotton, Conington, Bart. (2) James Ravenscroft, Aucumbury, Esq. (1) to (2) for £220 Annuity or yearly rent charge of £16 p.a. out of lands of (1) in Steeple G. For life of Marie Cotton, widow. If she dies before term starts, John C. to pay £200 to her exors. or assigns within 6 months of her death. If John C. dies without male issue, Sir Thomas Cotton to pay £200 to (2) or the person nominated by will or otherwise of Marie C. within 6 months of his death.
