Description(1) Thomas Cotton, Conyngton, Esq. (2) Rt. Hon. Henry Erle of Northumberland, Baron of Cockermouth Petworth Percy Lucy Poynynge Fitzpayne and Bryan and Everard Digbie, Stoke Dry, Rutland, Esq. (1) in consideration of his recent marriage with Dorothy, one of the daus. of Chris. Tamworth, late of Hawflede, Leics., decd. (1) To (2) An annuity of £30, out of the manors of Conyngton, Walton and Denton with apps. and (1)'s other messuages there. Power of distraint to (2) (1) To convey lands as necessary for deeds of further assurance before next Michaelmas. Also to convey his farm in Rearisby, Leics. now in tenancy of Wm. Brett, to (2). By fines etc. to the foll. uses. The annuity of £30 to (2) for ever. Farm in Rearisby to (1) and wife, Dorothy, and their lawful heirs male. If none to (2) and heirs for ever. Manors of Conyngton, Walton and Denton to (1) and heirs for ever. (1) covenants with (2) the premises in Rearisby shall be, in a year and a day's time, of the clear yearly value of £20. Usual covenants.
