Description(1) Sir Thomas Cotton, Conington, Bart. (2) John Cotton, son and heir app. of (1) (3) Sir Thomas Soames, Kt., Alderman of the City of London. Phillip Woodhouse, Kimberley, Norfolk, Esq. Walter Chetwin, Ingestre, Staffs, Esq. Robert Bernard, Huntingdon, Esq. (1) and (2) covenant with (3) that the Manor of Conington with the advowson of Conington Church, and the Manors of Glatton and Holme; the Lady Pew or Cotton House, Westminster, Middx; shall be for the following uses: To (1) Then to (2) in tail male, then to the right heirs of (1). Any son with his son of 14 or over can revoke these uses. (1) Can revoke them if (2) has no male issue.
