TitleExemplification of Common Recovery
Description(1) Robert Pulleyn, Esq., querens. (2) Charles Jenners, the younger, tenant. (2) vouches to warranty John Cotton, the Younger, Esq., who vouches to warranty Jacob Morland, the common vouchee. Hundred of Norman Cross with apps; Manors of Conington, Glatton cum Holme, Sawtry, Walton, Stilton Folkesworth, Denton and Covington with apps. and 20 messuages and advowson of Conington Church. Endorsed: Notice of alteration made 25 Oct. 1849. Enclosed: Michaelmas 1749: Order on the Motion of Council of Sir John Cotton, Bart., who claims title to the remainder of the premises comprised in the said Recovery that the record of the Recovery and Exemplification be amended by striking out the word 'adjudged' after 'it is' and before 'the said Robert do recover' and inserting instead the word 'considered'.
