Description(1) Robert Cotton, Conington, Esq., son and heir of Thomas Cotton, late of Conington, Esq. decd. (2) Thomas Cotton, gent, my bro. second son of the said Thomas Cotton, my father decd (1) to (2) Two annuities of £10, one of £100, out of the manor of Conyngton, The one of £10 for 5 years, the one of £100 for the next 2 years. Penalty of 10/- a day on (1) for late payment. Power of distraint to (2). Proviso that if (2) dies during the terms or if he does not quitclaim to (1) all his claims under the will of said Thomas decd. or under any other acts of said Thomas C. other than by reason of this grant of lands in Denton then said annuities to cease. Endorsed: that this is a counterpart of the deed made by (1) to his next bro. (2).
