Description(1) Anne Herbert, St. Andrews Middx., widow. (2) Thomas Hart, and wife; Thomas Bowdler and wife; Frances Cotton; and Mary Cotton. Recites: (i) Sir John Cotton, Conington, Bart, lately decd., by his will of 18 April, 1750, leaving to (1) £20 a year for life out of his estate. (ii) (1) having received a bond of yesterday from (2) in £200 for the payment of the annuity and to enable (2) to dispose of the estate and to discharge the estate. For 10/- from (2) to (1). (1) to (2). The said annuity and all claims on account thereof.
