Description(1) Elizabeth Burdett, Margaret St., St. Marylebone, Middx., spinster. (2) Thomas Hart, and wife; Thomas Bowdler and wife; Frances Cotton; Mary Cotton. Recites: (i) Sir John Cotton, Conington, Bart, lately decd., by his will of 18 April, 1750 leaving to (1) an annuity of £25 p.a. for life out of his estate. (ii) (1) having received a bond of yesterday from (2) for the payment of the annuity and to enable (2) to dispose of the estate and discharge the estate. Now for 10/- from (2) to (1). (1) to (2). The said annuity and all claims on account thereof.
