Description(1) Mary Lewis, Millbank, Westminster, spinster and Clementine Lewis, of the same place, spinster. (2) Thomas Hart; Thomas Bowdler; Frances Cotton; and Mary Cotton. Recites: (i) Sir John Cotton, Conington, Bart., lately decd., by his will of 18 April, 1750, leaving to (1) an annuity of £20 a year for life out of his estate. (ii) (1) having received a bond of yesterday from (2) in £400 for the payment of the annuity and to enable (2) to dispose of the estate and to discharge the estate. Now for 10/- from (2) to (1). (1) to (2). The said annuuity and all claims on account thereof.
