Description(1) Robert Gordoun, Theobalds Row, St. Andrewes, Middx., clerk. (2) Thomas Hart and wife; Thomas Bowdler and wife; Frances Cotton and Mary Cotton. Recites: (i) Sir John Cotton, Conington, Bart., lately decd., by his will of 18 April, 1750, leaving to (1) an annuity of £20 p.a. for life out of his estate. (ii) (1) having received a bond of yesterday from (2) in £300 for the payment of the annuity and to enable (2) to dispose of the annuity and to discharge the estate. Now for 10/- from (2) to (1). (1) to (2). The said annuity and all claims on account thereof.
