Description(1) John Adams, Stretton, Beds., late servant to Sir John Cotton, decd. (2) Thomas Hart and wife; Thomas Bowdler and wife; Frances Cotton; and Mary Cotton. Recites: (1) Sir John Cotton, by his will of 18 April, 1750 leaving to (1) an annuity of £10 p.a. for life out of his estate. (ii) (1) having received a bond of yesterday from (2) in £150 for the payment of the annuity and to enable (2) to dispose of the estate and to discharge the estate. Now for 10/- from (2) to (1). (1) to (2). The said annuity and all claims on account thereof.
