(a) Lands in Basseterre in the Island of St. Christopher, America, the plantation at Frigate Bay, together with all Negro Slaves, houses, buildings, etc. (included in Marriage Settlement) of (1). (b) Manor of Hertford, Hunts and lands and messuages in Little Paxton and St. Neots (inherited by (2) from Robert Pulleyn, late of St. Neots.) (c) ¼ share of Sir John's, her father's lands in Conington and elsewhere. (d) Lands in Warfield, Berks, and neighbouring parishes. (e) Houses in London. to uses (a) to grant annuity of £1,400 to (1) remainder to (2) for term of 99 years.
