Description(1) John Heathcote, St. James, Westminster, Esq. (2) Lydia Moyer, Low Layton, Essex., spinster. (3) Thomas Grosvenor, Cavendish Sq., Middx., Esq., Robert Boothby, Chingford, Essex, Esq. Recites: (i) will of (1)'s father leaving all his property in Hunts to (1) with power to make jointure for (1)'s wife from it. Will of 15 June, 1758. (ii) Intended marriage of (1) and (2) and agreement of (1) to provide £640 annuity for (2) in exchange for her marriage portion of £8,000. Now in consideration of all this and of Lease and Release of even date: (1) appoints to (2) Annuity of £640 chargeable out of manor and lands of Conington. To be paid after his death. And for its better securing and for 10/-, (1) to (3) Manor of Conington with apps. For 99 years on trust, for payment of annuity. Term to cease at death of (2). Usual covenants. Endorsed: Receipt from (1) to (2) for £8,000 and schedule of how it was paid. (What stock etc.).
