Description(1) John Heathcote, St. James, Westminster, Esq. (2) Lydia Moyer, Low Layton, Essex., spinster. (3) John White, Walling Wells, Notts, Esq. James Worthington, Park Place, St. George's, Hanover Sq., Esq. Recites: (i) Will of (1)'s father of 15 June, 1758, leaving all property in Hunts to to (1), with power to create trusts to provide for daus. and younger sons out of it; provision not to exceed £10,000. (ii) Intended marriage of (1) and (2) and agreement to appoint £10,000 for provision of younger children. Now in consideration of this and of £8,000 marriage portion of (2) and of Lease and Release of 22/23 Oct. inst. and for 10/- from (3) to (1). (1) charges Manor of Conington and lands hereby demised to (3) for term of 2,000 years with payment of £10,000. And for better raising of it, (1) to (3). Manor of Conington, Hunts with apps. For 2,000 years, on trust, to provide for younger children. Usual covenants.
