| Description | (1) Catherine Collins, formerly of Chinkford, Es., but now of Charlotte St., Rathbone Place, Middx., spinster. (2) Sarah Hart, John St., Tottenham Court Rd., Middx., spinster. Recites: (i) Robert Boothby late of Chinkford, Essex, Esq., by his will of 30 Aug. 1774 giving to (1) annuity of £50 for life, to come out of his estates at Chinkford. (ii) Payment of said annuity up to Midsummer last by John Heathcote, Charles St. Berkeley Sq., Middx., Esq., and Lydia his wife, devisees of said estates. (iii) Agreement of (2) to buy an annuity of £50 from (1) for life of (2) for £550, which it is agreed shall be secured to (2) by an assignment of the said annuity of £50 and by bond of even date with these whereby Nicholas Fenwick, Lanington, Eglingham, Northumberland, Esq. is become bound to (2) in the penal sum of £550 conditioned for the payment of the said annuity of £50 from decease of (1) to decease of (2) and also agreed that if (2) predeceases (1) then annuity shall revert to (1). Now (1) to (2) for £550, promises to pay to (2) for life of (2), one yearly rent of £50, And for better securing of payment thereof, (1) to (2) annuity of £50 payable out of the estates late of the said Robt. Boothby at Chinkford, bequesthed to (1) by said Robt. B., during life of (1). For better enabling (2) to receive said annuity (1) has nominated (2) her attorney to receive said annuity from the Heathcotes. Usual conditions. Added: Receipt of even date from (1) to (2) for £550.
