Description(1) John Stone, Inner Temple, Esq. (2) Dorothy Bennet, widow of Thomas, late Alderman of London, decd. Richard, son and heir of (1). Thomas Stone. Marriage of Richard Stone, son and heir of (1) and Elizabeth Bennett. Agreed: (a) Stone property in Great Stukeley and Broughton in Hunts and properties in London and Sussex shall be assigned to use of Richard, son and heir for life, and then to Elizabeth. Remainder of Stone property to be assigned towards Alice Stone's jointure.
