All grazing and feeding and all hay growing upon the following lands: Floury Close; Long Hides; Spinny field; new meadow; Stevens Close; Long Frith; Benbowes Close; Ulterves Rowlidge; Smithes Close; Great Fen; Attes Walk; Hall Field; More Meadow; Round Frith For 2½ years at £640 p.a. Except arable and corn ground there. Power of distraint to (1). (2) to do hedging etc. not to lop willows without permission of (1)., to let no land without permission of (1), except the High Fen and Benbowes Close. (2) to cleanse fen dykes. (1) to keep two geldings and two kyre on lands to be kept and fed by (2). (2) to keep a horse fit for (1)'s use. (2) to contribute with the town fen 40a. and to keep in repair part of the house in which Widow Hobbes, his tenant, lives. (2) may have premises from LadyDay 1615 to St. George's day. (1) to discharge (2) from all tithes payable to the parson of Conington. (1) to discharge (2) of bond of £400 after payment of last instalment of rent.
