Power of distraint to (1). Agreed that (2) may plow only during first 14 years - Butchers Close, Corner Close, and half of Goose Greene - the north-east side thereof. (2) to Pay £5 extra for every acre ploughed during the term, except those allowed. (2) to maintain the fences.
