Description(1) Sir Richard Wyllyams, Hynchynbroke, Hunts, Knt. (2) Thomas Cotton, Conyngton, Hunts., Esq. (1) to (2) for £144. Manor of Conyngton, Hunts with apps. and all his other lands in Conington, Glatton and Holme, all sometime part of the possessions of the late monastery of Sawtry. Said manor etc. of the clear yearly value of £7.4s. (1) to do any necessary deeds of further assurance within next two years. (2) to pay 14/5d. a tenth part of the yearly value in the letters patent granting the lands to (1) by the name of Richard Williams, Esq., otherwise Richard Cromewell, dated 16 Dec. 1537.
