Nicholls; and the shepherds House standing on Charles Bonners Caves-field. At £74 p.a. for 1 year from Ladyday 1715 to Ladyday 1716. 2. to put fences in repair before next Ladyday. 1. to keep them in repair. 1. to cut thistles twice in the year and to leave the gates in good repair. 2. to allow 10 pole of hedging Wood every year.
