Description | (1) Sir George Markham, Middle Temple, Bart. (2) John Cotton, Conington, Esq., nephew and devisee of the real estate of Sir John C. late of Conington, Bart., decd. (3) Robert Pulleyn, St. Neots, Esq. Recites: (i) Demise for a term of 20 Jan. 1703, of lands in Conington, to raise £1,000. (ii) Will of Sir John C. of 29 Sep. 1726, by which he devised all his real estate to (2) and appointed John Ferrar, Little Gidding Esq. and Thos. Dodd, clerk, Rector of Conington, Exors. (iii) Payment by Ferrar and Dodd of the interest and this day of the principal. So for £1,000 paid by Ferrar and Dodd to (1) and 5/- paid by (3) to (1). (1) at the nomination of (2) assigns to (3) the aforesaid premises, for the residue of the term of 500 years. |
