TitleMemorandum of Agreement
Description1. Robert Pulleyn Esq. 2. Richard Bowld; Benj. Gony; Wm. Oadham; and Thomas Gascoyn. 1. agrees to allow towards the repairing of Fourscore Mill either £6 for oak timber or other ways to provide it and £8 for further repairs to put the mill into repair. 2. agrees to keep the mill in repair; 1, allowing rough timber. Benj. Gony has agreed to give up his 14 acre piece of land and his 10 acres piece at Ladyday 1736 and 1735 respectively and Richard Bowld agrees to enter in the Lands then at the same rent.
