Sir John Heathcote, Normanton, Bart. Recites agreement of 2. with 1. for the absolute purchase of the freehold of the lands hereinafter mentioned for £100. Now for £100 paid by 2. to 1., 1. to 2. Fen called Adventurers Land in Conington (80ac) with apps., part of Bedford Levell. Agreed that 1. shall levy a fine in favour of 2., to use of 2. Endorsed: 1) 1. acknowledge receipt of £100. 2) Entered on the register of Bedford Level.
