Recites 2. today declared the bidder at £315 for messuage, barn and 150 as. land called Cobalder in C. Fenn. Now 1. promises 2. that Apreece will, at the expense of 2., so far as it does not exceed £10.10s. by good conveyances on or before 30 Jan. next convey to 2. or his nominees. Above-mentioned premises with all apps. And 2. promises to pay the £315 on or before 30 Jan. next or will forfeit £50.
