Description(1) John Heathcote, Conington, and also of Charles St., Berkeley Sq., Middx, Esq. (2) The Most Noble Katherine Duchess Dowager of Bolton. (3) Alexander Murray, Symonds Inn, Middx, gent. (4) William Dunn, Lincolns Inn, Middx, gent. Recites: (i) Lease/Release of 4/5 July inst. (ii) Assignment of 5 July inst. of said lands to (3) for residue of term. (iii) (2) having agreed to land (1) £5,000 on security of said lands. (1) to (2) for £5,000. Said mill, lands etc. And (1) to (2) for 5/-, (2) in possession by lease of yesterday. Piece of arable and pasture, the Little Common (210a.2r.30p) in Saltree St. Andrew, adjoining John Heathcote's land at Conington, and the turnpike road from London to Stilton. And the parcels called the Seignories (77a.2r.3p) adjoining the said lands at Conington and the said Little Common, with the draining mill there. All now in occupation of Thomas Jay, Esq. at £400 p.a. rent. Usual covenants. (3) to (4) for 5/-. All lands which were assigned to (3) in trust for (2) to be paid £5,000 and subject to that, in trust for (1).
