Now (1) to (2) for £100. Cottage with the Holme Close (2r.34p.) in Sawtry in occupation of (1) with all apps. For 500 years at a peppercorn. Usual covenants. Enclosed: Bond 14 Aug. 1807 (1) to (2) in £200 to pay £100 as in demise by 14 Feb. next. Endorsed: Receipt from (1) to (2) for £100.
