Description(1) George Baxter, Sawtry, farmer. (2) Samuel Latimoor, Sawtry, yeoman. (3) William Hodson, Sawtry, carrier. Recites: (i) Demise of 13 Aug. 1807, from (1) to (2) and bond of same date. (ii) £100 not being paid, (1), having called it in and (3) having agreed to lend it to (2) on security. Now (1) and (2) to (3) for £100 to (3) for 5/- paid to (2). Cottage and Home Close and lands as in said demise. And demise and bond. For residue of term of 500 years. Usual covenants. N.B. pencilled note in margin instead of Wm. Hodson, say Thos. Blinkhorn. Endorsed: Receipt from (1) to (3) for £100.
