Description(1) Sir Robert Wilmot, Osmaston, Derbys. Kt., and John Eardley Wilmot, Inner Temple, Esq. (2) Sir John Heathcote, Normanton, Rutland, Bart. (3) Robert Hucks, St. Giles in the Fields, Westminster, and Henry Wilmot, Grays Inn, Middx, gent. Recites agreement of (2) with Sir Robt. Wilmot for the purchase of an annual rent charge of £260 for £8,000. Now for £8,000 from (2) to Sir Robt. Wilmot and 5/- apiece from (3) to (1). (1) to (3) (in possession by lease of yesterday). All that etc. To secure to (2) and heirs payment of said £260. Subject to said rent-charge to (2) to use of Sir Robt. Wilmot and heirs for ever. Power of distraint to (2). Lands clear except for demise of 1 Jan. 1730 to Thomas Gisborne, Derby, Esq. for £8,000 which Sir Robt. W. will now pay off and term to be assigned to John White, Wallingwells, Notts, Esq. and Edward Wilmot, Middle Temple, Esq. in trust for better securing to (2) of said annual rent. Sir Robt. W. to do any necessary deeds of further assurance. Endorsed: ... issuing out of lands in Weston.
