Recites: (i) Release of 11 March 1834 from William Margetts the elder and Elizabeth his wife, to (1) of lands in Holme Fen, Glatton-cum-Holme, for (1) to dispose of same after death of Wm. Margetts. (ii) Death of Wm. Margetts on 27 March, 1843 and burial in St. Mary's, Huntingdon. (iii) Contract for (1) to sell same land to (2) for £500. Now for £5, (1) to (2). Piece of land in Holme Fen (8p), coloured red on accompanying plan. (1) may still use it as a roadway. Not to be dowerable for any widow of (2). Usual covenants. Endorsed: Receipt from (1) to (2) for £5. Attached note that deed is to be witnessed. Endorsed: Title Conveyance of land in Holme Fen ... for a roadway into Conington parish. |
