Description(1) Sir William Home Gordon, Brighton, Sussex, Bart. (2) Henry Revell Spicer, Brighton, Estate agent. Recites: (i) Lease of 10 Aug. 1863 to Frances, Dowager Lady Gordon, of 24 Brunswick Sq., Hove, Sussex, for 21 years at £185 p.a. (ii) Death of Dowager Lady Gordon on 11 Aug. 1866 having left everything to her son, (1) and appointing him her exor. (iii) Contract of (1) to sell to (2) said leasehold premises for £5. Now (1) to (2) for £5., said premises. For residue of term. Usual Covenants. Endorsed: Receipt of even date from (1) to (2) for £5.
