(1) to (2) for £50 All (1)'s goods and chattels in and about his house and premises at North Luffenham, i.e. 4 pewter dishes, 6 pewter plates, 3 pewter plates, the best bed and bedding, the other bed and bedding, a coffer, 6 chairs in the chamber, a chest of drawers, a copper and grate, a pewter case and dresser, an oval table, a chimney piece, 7 chairs in the house, 3 brass pans and a tea kettle, 2 small tables, a chest in the parlour, a cupboard, 6 chairs, a dough tub, a round table, a coal grate, 4 barrels and 2 thralls, 2 smoothing irons, a table, a looking glass, 6 fleeces of wool, a gritt mill and drawers, a tub, a swill tub, beef posts, block, cratch, saddle and cloths, 2 pair of steelyards, 3 stocks of bees, fire shovel, tongs, and bellows, hay and a horse and everything else. To (2) for his own for ever. Added: Receipt of even date from (1) to (2) for £50. Enclosed: Inventory of the goods and debts of (1).
