III For the term of life of Marjere, wife of 1., all her dowry concerning lands and tenements with apps. in To?worth, which formerly belonged to James Brown, sometime husband of Marjere, at an annual rent of 40 pence payable in equal portions at Lady Day and Michaelmas. If payments fall into arrears for a month at either term in part or in whole then Edward and Marjere are legally entitled to the return of the said dowry with damages and expenses. Witnesses: John Elys, senr., Edward de Blith, Simone Waryn, Richard Russel and others.
